Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Process:

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to contact@lightsora.com.

Eligibility for Cancellation: 

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Requests received after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed, especially if the order has already entered fulfillment or been shipped.

Refunds:

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

No-Change Window: 

Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made. Customers are encouraged to review orders carefully before confirming.
