Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time the order is received. During high-demand periods or unexpected situations, processing may take longer. In such cases, customers will be informed of any delays as soon as possible.

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare and ship an order after it has been placed and payment has been verified.
Orders submitted after regular business hours or during weekends will begin processing the following business day.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.
Please note that shipping and deliveries do not occur on weekends or public holidays.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Order processing is 1 to 2 business days. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days.

Order Tracking
After completing your purchase, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to our tracking page. You can use this number to check your order’s status. Shipping Carrier Information
We rely solely on the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all deliveries.
- Orders are shipped using USPS standard services.
- Estimated delivery times are based on USPS guidelines and may differ depending on your location.
Shipping Restrictions
- Continental United States: We ship to all states within the continental U.S.
- Alaska and Hawaii: We currently do not ship to these regions.
- International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally. Orders are limited to U.S. addresses only.
- PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses
- Delivery Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as severe weather or other uncontrollable factors.
How do I update the shipping address?
Once an order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to change the shipping location, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@lightsora.com. Our customer service team is available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST) and aims to reply within 24 hours.
I've changed my mind. How do I cancel my order?
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
If your cancellation is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.

My order has arrived damaged. What shall I do?
If your order arrives damaged and the courier is present, we recommend refusing the delivery and notifying our customer support right away. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps and we'll aim to refund you as per our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my order gets lost in mail?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 3–6 business days, please contact us. We’ll work with our shipping provider to track the package. If the parcel is confirmed lost and the delivery address provided was correct, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. However, if the address entered at checkout was incorrect and the package was delivered there, we are not responsible for replacing the item.
